1. About These Terms

These terms and conditions govern the provision of training services by Nedixa Communications and Training Ltd (company number 16756793), registered at 167-169 Great Portland Street, London, W1W 5PF.

By booking a training session or programme with Nedixa, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before confirming any booking.

2. Services

Nedixa provides in-person workplace communication training, including Essentials 101 (full-day programme), modular training blocks, and organisational roll-out programmes.

All training is delivered in person at the client’s premises or an agreed venue. Session structure, content, and delivery format are as described in the relevant programme documentation provided at the time of booking.

3. Booking and Confirmation

A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a signed booking form or written confirmation by email, together with either full payment or a confirmed purchase order where invoicing has been agreed.

Nedixa reserves the right to decline any booking at its discretion.

4. Fees and Payment

All fees are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. VAT will be added at the prevailing rate where applicable.

Payment is accepted by bank transfer, payment link, or invoice to purchase order. Payment terms are 14 days from the date of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Late payment may incur interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellation by the client:

More than 28 days before the session: full refund or credit.

14–28 days before the session: 50% of the session fee is payable.

Fewer than 14 days before the session: 100% of the session fee is payable.

Rescheduling by the client:

One rescheduling request is permitted at no charge if made more than 14 days before the session.

Rescheduling requests made fewer than 14 days before the session are treated as cancellations under the policy above.

Cancellation by Nedixa:

Nedixa reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a session in exceptional circumstances. In such cases, the client will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

6. Intellectual Property

All training materials, workbooks, methodologies, frameworks, and content provided by Nedixa remain the intellectual property of Nedixa Communications and Training Ltd. Clients may not reproduce, share, or distribute any Nedixa materials without prior written consent.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any information disclosed during the course of the engagement that is reasonably understood to be confidential. This obligation does not apply to information that is publicly available or required to be disclosed by law.

8. Liability

Nedixa’s total liability to the client in connection with any booking shall not exceed the total fees paid for that booking.

Nedixa is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss arising from the provision of its services. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

9. Data Protection

Nedixa processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). By booking a session, you confirm that relevant participant data has been collected and shared with appropriate consent.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
